Increased capacity in histology and immunohistochemistry

We are proud to share that Redoxis AB has acquired histology equipment and expanded capacity from ImaGene-iT.

For many years, ImaGene-iT — led by Anders Brinte and Bo Holmqvist — has delivered high-quality histology and immunohistochemistry services to the research community. Their careful tissue processing, staining expertise, and morphological know-how have supported numerous preclinical programs.

As part of this transition, Anders and Bo will remain involved as consultants, ensuring knowledge transfer, continuity, and the same high scientific standards going forward. At the same time, we are very pleased to welcome Hanna Wallin to Redoxis, bringing many years of experience and competence in histology and tissue analysis.

By integrating this equipment and expertise into Redoxis, we are strengthening our ability to offer fully integrated tissue analysis closely connected to our in vivo, ex vivo, and in vitro platforms. In addition to classical histology and immunohistochemistry, we are also expanding our capabilities in digital imaging analysis and quantitative tissue evaluation.

This investment allows us to:

• Increase capacity and flexibility

• Shorten timelines and reduce handovers

• Strengthen quality control and traceability

• Integrate histology even closer into study design and interpretation

• Provide digital imaging analysis and quantitative tissue readouts

• Deliver even more robust, decision-enabling datasets

For our partners, this means seamless workflows, deeper mechanistic insight, and strengthened scientific rigor — within a fully integrated Redoxis environment.

At Redoxis AB, we continue to invest where it truly matters: competence, infrastructure, and long-term capability building.
