Over the past year, we at Redoxis AB have been on an important journey — not just in what we do, but in how we do it.
Together with Lena Axen Jergmo and InRythm, we have worked to evolve our way of working, strengthen our organisation, and continue developing our team.
For us, this has been about building something sustainable – a way of working that creates clarity, supports ownership, and enables both high-quality science and a healthy, engaged team.
It takes courage to challenge how you work — especially in a fast-paced environment — and I’m genuinely proud of the team for taking this on with both enthusiasm and curiosity.
It’s not about changing who we are — but about becoming better at what we do, together.
We are still on the journey, but I’m proud of the steps we’ve taken so far and the team we are building.
